Punk Hardcore
Pisciosangue was born in Florence in 2008 from the Tuscan hardcore pen of Federico Santini.
That same year, their self-titled demo was released, containing gems like "Lasciata Morire" and "La Fine Del Mondo," which catapulted them into the never-ending ranks of the Italian underground scene.
In 2010 the band met up with Intothebaobab at the Vecchio Son Studio in Bologna to record a split 7" containing two tracks for each band, which was pressed in 300 copies and sold out within the year.
2010 was also the year of recording "Nuovo Modello Umano", the band's first album, recorded at Mad Cow Studio in Poggibonsi (SI) and released in 2011 in 500 copies on CD format containing such favourites as "La Tua Fine Ideale", "Spine", "Morendo".
In the following years the lineup underwent various changes until the hiatus in 2013 following the death of Cesare, Pisciosangue's drummer in 2012-2013.
Since 2013, the band has been hiding in Florence and writing their second album, "Amen," recorded between the summer and autumn of 2015 at Noway Studio in Bologna with a new lineup, perhaps their best ever.
